Once payment has been completed, we will contact you to initiate the transfer process. The transfer process usually takes between 5-7 days. All transfer fees are included in the agreed price.
If you're unhappy with your order or if you've changed your mind, we can issue a refund before the transfer process has begun.
Once the transfer has been started, it is not possible to cancel and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This is stated in the terms & conditions of sale and paypal refunds will not be eligible.
